建筑废弃物在虹桥综合交通枢纽工程中的应用

针对虹桥枢纽建设过程中存在大量建筑废弃物急需外运处理的现状,通过研究将原计划外运的建筑废弃物作为筑路材料,在对其加工处理并添加不同剂量、不同组分的固结剂后,使固结材料达到我国现行《公路路面基层施工技术规范》要求,以此来替代枢纽新建道路原设计所采用的路基、垫层以及底基层。在室外试验路铺筑的基础上,总结并形成《建筑废弃物用于上海虹桥综合交通枢纽市政道路施工及验收导则》,用于指导工程施工及验收;同时已初步形成产能,可以就近供给、满足枢纽内道路工程需要。枢纽内的建筑废弃物就地减量化、资源化应用于道路工程,起到了降耗减排、节约资源、降低造价的作用。

Application of Building Waste Matters in Hongqiao Comprehensive Traffic Hub Project

In view of the present situation that a great deal of building waste matters is urgently required transporting out for treatment in the course of Hongqiao Hub Project, the building waste matters to be transported out in the original plan are taken as the road building materials by the study. After its processing and treatment, and adding the different dosages and the different groups of consolidatio n agents, the consolidated material are made to up the current requirement in <
