| 摘 要： | 自动变速器硬件在环模拟(HILS)能精确地计算自动变速器换档时刻,实现汽车换档控制。HILS仿真时使用实时ECU模拟自动变速器换档特性,需要提高CPU的计算能力。用HILS完成汽车的自动变速器虚拟测试,使得自动变速器换档特性控制数据优于实际的耐久性和可靠性测试。

| Abstract: | A hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS) for the automatic transmission can calculate accurately shifting time of automatic transmission in order to carry out shifting control.When using HILS simulating the automatic transmission shift characteristic,the real-time ECU requires accelerating the CPU calculation ability.Using HILS realizing the vehicle automatic transmission virtual test,the automatic transmission shift characteristics are prior to the real durability and reliability test. |
