摘    要:以92 500 DWT散货船上层建筑吊装方案为设计对象,针对该船厂上层建筑吊装必须由两台龙门吊联吊完成的实际状况,结合吊装条件及上层建筑结构特征进行上层建筑吊装方案设计。采用有限元方法对吊装载荷工况进行数值模拟,以验证吊装方案的可行性。

Abstract:Lifting conceptual design of the superstructure of 92 500 DWT bulk carrier was taken as object. Thinking about the limit capacity of crane in the shipyard, lifting of the superstructure has to be achieved by working together of two bridge cranes. The conceptual design of lifting and mounting of superstructure was put forward in light of the lifting condition and structure characteristic of superstructure. The structural strength was analyzed by FEM for the superstructure in the lifting process to verify the feasibility of conceptual design.
