材料和工艺对齿轮接触疲劳性能的影响

摘    要:通过模拟实际齿轮材料、工艺及服役条件,用圆环形辊子试样在接触疲劳试验机上进行齿轮接触疲劳试验,研究了不同材料、工艺对齿轮接触疲劳性能的影响,得到了不同材料、工艺条件下的齿轮接触疲劳强度极限。试验结果表明,渗碳处理试样接触疲劳性能优于调质氮化的试样。

Abstract:Gear contact fatigue test was performed on the contact fatigue tester by the roller samples to simulate actual gear materials,process and service condition.The effects of materials and process on the gear fatigue property were studied and the gear contact fatigue limits under the conditions of various materials and processes were obtained.Results showed that contact fatigue property of carburized gear samples was better than that of nitrided gear samples.
