摘    要:环烷酸腐蚀是炼油工业中急需解决的问题,研究Cr5Mo和Cr9Mo两种常用铬钼钢管耐环烷酸腐蚀性能对指导化工管道选材以及提高化工管道安全性具有重大意义.针对Cr5Mo、Cr9Mo钢管的耐高温环烷酸能力,围绕环烷酸总酸值恒定而温度变化,以及温度恒定而环烷酸总酸值变化两种试验参数进行了多组浸泡腐蚀试验,初步建立Cr5Mo和Cr9Mo钢管在高温环烷酸环境中的腐蚀速率数据库,并对两者在高温环烷酸环境中的腐蚀性能进行了比较.

Abstract:Naphthenic acid corrosion(NAC)is a growing concern for refineries processing crudes.A study of the anti-corrosion ability of Cr5Mo and Cr9Mo chrome molybdenum steel tube is realistic and significant,for it is a direction in which to select the relevant material and improve the security of pipe.A series of emerging static state corrision tests are conducted and the corrosion properties of Cr5Mo and Cr9Mo are analyzed at different temperatures by referring to the total acid number(TAN).The NAC rate database f...
