| Abstract: | In order to solve the flood waterlogging calamity in Yingjiang County, the article puts forward the relative solving scheme on its forming reason. The measures are taken to harness the flood calamity in Yingjiang County mainly by the storage at the upper reaches and dredging at the lower reaches, and building the embankments, and to harness the internal waterlogging of the city area by heightening the ground, high water level and high water level drainage and excavating the rivers for drainage. |
