随车乳化器在N485Q柴油机上节能研究

阐述了乳化柴油的节能机理,指出柴油机燃用不稳定乳化油的可能性;根据不稳定乳化油的特性,以N485Q柴油机为研究对象,设计了4种不同结构的随车乳化器(该乳化器不必添加乳化剂,能耗小,能将柴油边乳化边燃烧);通过各种不同配比乳化油的稳定特性试验,确定了在N485Q柴油机上使用的最佳随车乳化器。最后考察N485Q柴油机在原机结构参数、最佳随车乳化器条件下,最大转矩转速(1 800 r/min)和最大功率转速(2 300 r/min)处燃用不同油水配比乳化油时的节能效果,获得乳化油的最佳油水配比。

Research on saving energy of emulsifier on diesel engine N485Q

Authors elaborate the saving energy mechanism of emulsified fuel,and point out the possibility of burning with unsteady emulsified fuel in diesel engine.On the basis of the character of unsteady emulsified fuel,regarding diesel engine N485Q as the object of study,four emulsifiers with different structure which needn't add fuel additive can burn as emulsifying and saving energy are designed.The best emulsifier which is used cooperatively with the engine is selected through the steady tests of emulsified fuel of all sorts of ratio of water addition in fuel.Finally,the saving energy study is done at rotate speed at maximum torque(1 800 r/min) and rotate speed at maximum power(2 300 r/min) on the condition of the structure parameters of original numerical of the engine and the best emulsifier and the best ratio of water in diesel is found out.
