| 摘 要： | 如何做好铁路隧道的防灾救援工作是非常重要的，关系到人员的生命财产安全和国民经济的发展。以特长铁路隧道为研究对象，总结分析国内外铁路隧道设计经验和重大火灾案例，针对特长铁路隧道火灾防灾救援和人员的安全疏散问题进行深入地研究和探讨，给出一般特长铁路隧道火灾防灾救援设置方案的建议，对促进完善我国铁路特长隧道的火灾防灾救援和安全疏散规划管理等具有重要的实践意义。
