| 摘 要： | 以某车架为研究对象,采用参数化有限元分析方法,进行了弯曲工况下应力和应变的计算。通过电测量验证了有限元模型的正确性,进而以车架的体积为目标,对车架进行了参数化模型的结构优化,得到了满足结构强度的最佳方案。

| Abstract: | In the paper,frame structure FEM model is built and verified by the electronic test.From the simulation and test results we acquire the structure rigidness and strength characteristics of the frame under bend working condition.Based on the verified model,the frame is remodeled parametrically and the structure design is optimized while satisfying the strength need. |
