民营物流企业员工结构化培训的新模式与实践

摘    要:论文分析了民营物流企业员工培训的现状,论述了民营物流企业进行员工培训的积极意义.提出了民营物流企业员工培训的四个差异化特征,基于上述的差异化特征,提出了民营物流企业员工结构培训新模式.该模式包括培训需求分析结构化、培训内容体系结构化、培训运作体系结构化、培训评估体系结构化等四大模块,同时论述了培训的动态管理.论文结合H物流公司的实际运作分析了培训结构化新模式在民营企业物流公司中的运用,对我国民营物流企业的员工培训开展具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:In this paper,it analyzes the status of training in township-owned and private logistics enterprise and brings up the active effect of training.It also puts forward four different characters of training in logistics enterprise.Based on these characters,it puts forward the new model on the structural training including structural demand analysis,structural content system,structural operation system and structural evaluation system.Dynamical management is also needed.This paper also makes its application on the H logistics enterprise.At last,the conclusions of this paper are given.
