摘    要:利用螺旋锥齿轮数控铣齿机,取消滚刀不但可以加工圆锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮,还可以加工圆柱齿轮.该方法是通过刀盘一面旋转,一面平移可形成产形齿条(媒介齿条)的原理来实现的.为此,引入产形齿条固连坐标系和刀盘固连坐标系.当刀盘绕固连坐标系x轴旋转时,形成圆锥面;斜齿圆柱齿轮则是圆锥产形齿条作平移,圆柱齿轮作转动时的包络面.同时,导出了该方法的圆锥的锥面方程,斜齿轮啮合方程和齿面方程.准双曲面齿轮是非曲直齿轮传动中最复杂的,准双曲面齿轮工艺锥参数和加工调整计算都涉及两个相错圆锥的相切接触条件,现有文献都从空间立体几何用图形分析,涉及变量多,方程组求解困难.该文根据相切接触条件用纯解析的方法,易理解,计算简单.

Abstract:With the CNC Hypoid Cutting Machine we can generate not only the bevel or hypoid gears, but also the cylindrical gears,and eliminate the use of hob.In this method,the cutter rotating,while transplant moving,and formed the medium crack.For this purpose,we introduce the coordination system fixed on the medium crack and the cutter.When cutter rotates about x axis,the cone is formed, and the tooth of the cylindrical gear is the envelope of such movement.At the same time,the paper deduces the equation of the gear meshing and the tooth surface.The hypoild gear transmission is the most complicated transmission.The parameters of machining are hard to be calculated.It relies on the tangent condition of two bevels,and refers to complex spatial geometry.The analytical method presented in the paper is rather easy to be understood and calculated.
