| 摘 要： | 在对内蒙古巴彦淖尔市农村牧区客运市场及客运基础设施建设情况实际调研的基础上，分析了农村牧区客运市场存在的问题，以及影响农村牧区客运持续正常经营和客运班车运行效益普遍不高的原因。同时针对存在的问题提出了相应改善的措施和建议。
