摘    要:机械系统仿真分析中,结合面建模准确与否是影响分析结果准确性的重要因素之一.实际工程应用中,通过实验对结合面的参数进行识别并应用于结构有限元建模,可以有效解决有限元建模时对结合面的处理问题.文中通过赫兹接触理论和模态实验法对滚动导轨的结合面参数进行识别,并运用仿真分析验证了有限元建模的准确性.

Abstract:Accuracy of surface modeling is important in the simulation of mechanical systems.In order to effectively solve the surface problem in finite element modeling,the surface parameters were identified through experiments and then were used for finite element modeling in engineering applications.Hertz theory and modal analysis method were used to identify the surface parameters of the rolling guide-way,and the accuracy of finite element modeling was verified by simulation analysis.
