| Abstract: | This paper, through analyzing the present status of dangerous goods transport and handling in the areas under the Quanzhou MSA, identifies the key points in the dangerous goods control and provides some suggestions for establishing a long-term effective management mechanism for ships carrying dangerous goods. |
