| 摘 要： | 本文既从历史的视野中指出没有海权意识、没有海权战略思想的国家是无法掌握自己的命运,展现加强海权意识对于和平崛起的中国的重要性,又从中国海权现状说明加强海权意识教育是保卫中国海洋主权和发展中国海洋经济的现实需要.本文强调指出:加强海权意识教育,增强海洋观念,是航海类大学生报效祖国、弘扬爱国主义精神的重要体现,航海院校要清醒意识到加强海权意识教育是新时期不断丰富爱国主义教育内容的历史重责,海权意识教育是航海院校开展爱国主义教育的最佳途径.
