摘    要:通过镍氢电池产热模型、热交换模型、三维CFD模型和边界条件的建立,分析和预测了镍氢电池散热结构的流场状态和温度场,分析了温度场不均匀的影响因素,并通过仿真计算和结构优化,提出了一种性能良好的镍氢电池散热结构方案.

Abstract:The heat-generation model,heat-exchange model and 3D computational fluid dynamics(CFD)model for Ni/MH batteries are established with boundary conditions defined.Then the flow field and temperature field of cooling structure are analyzed and predicted with the factors affecting the unevenness of temperature field discussed.Finally through the simulation and structural optimization,a cooling structure scheme of Ni/MH batteries with good performance is proposed.
