| 摘 要： | Flash具有可靠性高、随机读取速度快的优势，适用于擦除和编程操作较少而直接执行代码的场合。以Flash作为嵌入式系统的存储设备，讨论了各种闪存文件的管理技术，并在uClinux下创建了JFFS2文件系统。
