| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我省高速公路已有几个管理处推行市场化养护模式的分析研究,得出现在进行市场化养护体制改革还存在诸多困难,需要积极、谨慎的对待,不能一拥而上,要逐步推进,只有这样,才能做好高速公路养护体制的改革,才能实现我们走市场化的目标。
