| 摘 要： | 结合目前相关定义,认为工程项目管理模式是将管理的对象项目作为一个系统,为了使系统能够正常运行,并确保其目标的实现,由项目业主和专业项目管理公司协商运用的项目组织、运作和管理方式。在此基础上提出高速公路改扩建工程管理模式应根据自然条件和人为因素选择最切合业主需求的项目管理模式。
