电喷摩托车用三元催化剂的开发及适应性研究

摘    要:三元催化剂的空燃比窗口越宽,适应发动机空燃比变化的能力越强,三元催化净化效率也越高.可以通过向催化剂中引入高性能的储氧材料、优化贵金属与各种助剂间的协同作用等,来提高催化剂的储氧能力,进而拓宽催化剂的空燃比窗口,是车用三元催化剂研究的热点和难点之一.

Abstract:The wider the inflection of air fuel ratio of the three-way catalyst,the stronger the adaptation to the change of the engine air fuel ratio and the higher the purafication efficiency.You may take the following measure to improve the oxygen supply ability of the catalyst.That is"introducing high- performance oxygen supply material into the catalyst,optimizing the noble metals and adopting various catalyst accelerators coordinately and simultaneously",which is conductive to widen the inflection men- tioned-above.But this is one of the hot points and difficulties in the study of three-way catalysts.
