摘    要:TB/T3073--2003《铁道信号电气设备电磁兼容性试验及其限制》、TB/T3034--2002《机车车辆电气设备电磁兼容性试验及其限值》规定了铁路信号控制系统中信号电子设备的电磁兼容试验项目。在检验中,设备制造商与检验部门对电子设备通信端口是否进行抗扰度试验有不同理解,设备制造商在是否选择电磁兼容试验项目也存在一定的随意性。不明确试验项目、严酷等级、判据级别测试的信号电子设备产品在使用后出现抗干扰性能下降、辐射量超标等问题,导致电子设备工作不稳定,甚至危及行车安全。在铁路信号电子设备实际使川的基础上,分析了信号电子产品电磁兼容试验应该关注的问题。

Abstract:The Standards TB/T 3073--2003 "EMC Tests and Limits for Railway Signaling Electronic Apparatus'and TB/T 3034--2002"EMC Tests and Limits for Rolling-stock Electrical Apparatus" have regulated the EMC tests for electronic equipment in Railway Signal Control System. During inspecting, equipment manufacturers and inspection department have different understanding on whether or not to carry immunity test on communications equipment port. There is some randomness when manufacturers select test projects on EMC. If the issues such as test items, harsh grading, criterion level are not to be designated before electronic equipment inspection, the equipment and relative products may probably induce decline of equipment anti-jamming performance and over-level of electro- magnetism radiation, leading to instability of electronic equipment, and even endangering train running safety. Based on the actual use of railway signal electronic equipment, this paper analyses those considerations on electronic equipment EMC tests.
