摘    要:介绍了逆向设计在车身产品开发中的关键技术:如何采集车身外形点云数据及创建曲面数学模型;归纳总结了汽车A级曲面的概念、技术要求及一般建模方法,以某轿车尾箱A面的设计为例阐述设计方案、曲面生成和轮廓线提取等关键技术。

Abstract:The key technologies of reverse design in the body product development were introduced: how to collect the body point cloud data and to create the surface mathematical model. The concepts, technical requirements, and general modeling methods of the class-A surface were presented. Taking a car's trunk as an example, some critical techniques in the design of the class-A surface, such as the design scheme, surface generation, and profile curve extraction, were discussed.
