| 摘 要： | 分析了我国现行缺陷产品召回立法模式,指出了我国现行缺陷产品召回立法模式存在的问题,提出了未来我国缺陷产品召回立法可采用基本法与单行法并行模式,并将基本法确定为《缺陷产品召回法》。
