摘    要:介绍了电动汽车绝缘电阻测试的基本原理,设计了电动汽车绝缘电阻测试系统。该系统能够根据被测试对象的绝缘电阻范围自动选定测试挡位,符合GB/T18384.3-2001电动汽车安全要求,实验数据表明:系统工作稳定、数据重复精度高,为提高和改善电动汽车用的绝缘性能提供参考。

Abstract:The principle of EV insulation resistance was introduced and an EV testing system of insulation resistance was designed, in which the testing gauges were automatically selected according to the insulation resistance range of the object to be tested. The system accords with the standards of GB/T 18384.3-2001 EV safety. The experimental data shows that the system is stable and has a high data repeat precision. It provides a reference for enhancing and improving the insulation performance of electric vehicles.
