摘    要:分析了电压型SPWM逆变器的工作原理,详细讨论了死区时间对电压型逆变器输出电压的影响,特别是在载波频率很高的情况下,死区使得输出基波电压下降,输出电压低次谐波含量增加,相位发生变化,通过Matlab建立桥式逆变器的模型,对结论进行了验证。

Abstract:The working principle of the voltage SPWM inverter was analyzed.The effect of the deadtime on the output voltage of the voltage SPWM inverter was discussed,particularly,the dead-time makes the output fundamental voltage drop,low harmonic content of output voltage increase and the phase change under the condition of high carrier frequency.The bridge inverter model was established by Matlab and the conclusion was verified.
