型钢混凝土复合构件握裹力递次破坏型钢回收技术

摘    要:从型钢混凝土复合构件中拔除回收型钢的一种技术,是将钢丝紧密缠绕在光面型钢上形成组合型钢,在型钢水泥基复合结构服役期间组合型钢与基质材料共同工作。需要拔除型钢时,先从一端拉拔出钢丝,对小范围的握裹力逐一破坏,即将整个构件长度内的握裹力各个击破,从而完成型钢回收。对该方法进行的试验研究,初步证实了其可行性。

Abstract:It is a technology of recycling section steel from steel reinforced concrete composite member.The process of the technology is that the outer surface of section steel is hoped with armored rope tightly to form the composite component so that it works with the base material together.When the section steel need to be pulled out,first the steel wires are pulled out from one end,so the bond stress of the whole length is destroyed gradually.Then the section steel can be pulled out from concrete component easily....
