基于PROFIBUS的主从网络的组建及应用

摘    要:以采矿厂的井下铁路信号系统为研究对象,采用具有PROFIBUS组网功能的CP5613和IM183-1接口模块,设计了井下铁路信号控制系统.首先结合井下铁路信号的特点,介绍系统的总体设计方案及其特点,详细介绍基于STEP7软件的CP5613和IM183-1的组态过程及通信的实现.

Abstract:It was researched object of Underground Railway Signal System used in stope.Siemens interface module CP5613 and IM183-1 which had the PROFIBUS network build-up capability were widely used in Signal Control System.Combining with the feature of underground mining track signal,the design scheme and the System's characteristic were first introduced.Then the synthesis process and realization of communication based on the software STEP7 were discussed intensively,STEP7 was the working platform of CP5613 and IM183-1 which made them work properly.
