| Abstract: | A discussion on the presentation which officers on board the ship in China pay much more attention to the skill but not to the management. There are lack of talented persons with both skill and management. The problems of management system of the equipment, vessel maintenance and management, full supplies and full saving etc. will be studied in detail here. |
