基于催化转化器起燃温度特性的道路车辆排放性能研究

摘    要:运用催化转化器起燃温度特性,利用道路(天津市)状况下特定车型的催化转化器入口/出口温度分布特征,分析和研究了道路车辆排放性能;通过在底盘测功机上模拟道路车辆催化转化器入口/出口温度分布特征测量车辆排放并与ECEl5工况所得到的结果比较、验证。研究结果表明,天津市道路下的车辆实际排放要多于实验室测量。

Abstract:In view of light off temperature characteristics of catalytic converter,this paper analyzes and studies the emission performance of vehicles on road,based on the features of inlet temperature/outlet temperature distribution of catalytic converter for the specific vehicle model and road condition(Tianjin) Through simulation on chassis dynamometer,the emission of vehicle is measured and compared with the result of ECE 15 cycle test It is shown that the pollutant emission in road condition is more than that in lab test
