| Abstract: | In this paper, the cause and the factors to influence the dynamic load for the rack luffing gear of cranes in the braking process is analyzed, the motion in eliminating of gear clearance and shocking response in the collision process are studied, and based on this, the maximum dynamic load of the luffing gear while braking is suggested. |
