玄武岩纤维增强沥青混凝土路用性能研究

摘    要:为探究玄武岩纤维增强沥青混凝土的路用性能,将适当用量的木质素纤维、聚酯纤维、玄武岩纤维、木质素纤维与玄武岩纤维的混合纤维分别掺入AC-13和SMA-13两种级配中设计成7种沥青混合料.通过试验比较了7种沥青混合料的路用性能.研究表明:玄武岩纤维能明显地提高沥青混凝土的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性以及力学性能,其增强效果优于聚酯纤维和木质素纤维.

Research on Pavement Performance of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Asphalt Concrete

Abstract:To study the pavement performance of basalt fibers reinforced asphalt concrete, seven kinds of asphalt concretes were designed, which consist of two kinds of gradations, AC-13 and SMA-13, with proper amount of lignin fiber, polyester fiber and basalt fiber added. Pavement performance of these mixtures were compared by conducting the rutting test, dynamic creep test, low temperature bending test, immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test and normal temperature bending test. The results showed that the basah fiber could significantly enhance high temperature stability, low-temperature anti-cracking, water stability and mechanics performance of asphalt concrete, and its reinforcing effect was better than polyester fiber and lignin fiber.
