Design Method of Pestressed Pipe Piles in Soft Soil Improvement of Extension to Expressways

For traditional methods of ground improvement such as co ncrete soil pile have shortages in improving the deep soft soil ground in connec tion section expressways engineering, the application of the prestressed pipe pi le is studied in this paper, and the design method of the rigid pile complex grounds is introduced. Analysis indicate that the method has obvious effects on soft soil ground improvement, and more economical than concr ete soil pile. It can offer reference for the related engineering.
