| 摘 要： | 分析我国地铁施工过程中的安全管理现状,针对实践中的主要问题,提出通过制定风险管理全程策划、加强知识管理和地铁项目管理相结合、加快安全监控与预警决策信息系统的开发等手段,实现地铁项目全寿命周期的安全控制.首次将知识管理运用到地铁施工安全风险管理体系中.
