| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于GPS和北斗／世广卫星的网络通信协议，并用此进行内河船舶实时动态监控。此方法通信能力强、覆盖区域广泛，数据接收迅速、精确度高。最后给出了应用实例，在应用中取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | The paper proposes a network communication protocol hosed on GPS and BEIDOU/WorldSpace satellite, describing the way on realtime dynamic riverboat monitoring when using it.This method has powerful capability of communication and wide coverage, and has the ability to receive data quickly and precisely. At last the paper provided an applied instance. By using this way we achieve good economic and social effct. |
