| 摘 要： | 对柴油机零件在磨削加工过程中产生磨削裂纹的情况进行了统计分析,着重从零件裂纹形态、裂纹处的微观组织、零件材料以及硬度等方面探讨了产生磨削裂纹的机理。就磨削加工过程和热处理过程中应采取的相应预防措施进行了论述以避免批量性磨削裂纹的产生。。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the reason leading to crackes of parts of diesel engine after grinding is analyzed.To find the principles of grinding crackes,the microstructures of crackes and microhardness of material are studied.Precautionary measures in the process of grinding and heat treatment are adopted to avoid the batch grinding crackles.The paper purpose is order to apply help to some corporation and users. |
