一种接触线振动在线监测方法

摘    要:对接触线振动进行监测可判断受电弓当前运行状态,也可为接触网运维提供基础数据。对此提出一种接触线振动在线监测方法,以加速度计为核心设计一套接触线振动无线监测装置,并针对接触线的特点设计一种可靠性的安装结构,可对接触线的振动加速度进行直接采样并利用无线进行上传,利用四元数理论去除监测装置加速度的重力分量误差,以获取的振动加速度数据为基础,应用带滤波的离散频域积分方法求解接触线振动位移,最后利用接触线结构参数波动传播速度的实测值与理论值对比,验证方法的可行有效。通过在简单链型与弹性链型悬挂两种典型结构接触网导线的试验测试,结果表明:该装置可对接触线振动进行在线监测,接触线波动传播速度实测值与理论值基本一致,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。

A Method for On-line Monitoring of Contact Line Vibration

Abstract:The monitoring of contact line vibration can judge the current running state of pantograph and provide basic data for the operation and maintenance of catenary. A method of on-line monitoring of contact line vibration is proposed in this paper. A wireless monitoring device for contact line vibration is designed with accelerometer as the core and a reliable installation structure is designed according to the characteristics of the contact line, which makes it possible to take direct sampling of the vibration acceleration of the contact line and upload it wirelessly. Quaternion theory is used to remove the gravity component error of the acceleration of the monitoring device, and the vibration displacement of the contact line is solved by using the discrete frequency domain integration method with filtering based on the obtained vibration acceleration data. Finally, the measured value of the wave propagation velocity of the structural parameters of the contact line is compared with the theoretical value to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. The test results of two typical catenary systems with simple chain suspension and elastic chain suspension show that the device can perform on-line monitoring of the vibration of the contact line, and the measured value of the wave propagation velocity of the contact line is basically consistent with the theoretical value, which verifies the feasibility and validity of the method.
