大跨度中承式铁路拱桥缓冲限位耗能装置研究

摘    要:为研究适用于大跨度中承式铁路拱桥的限位减震耗能装置,保证高速列车的行车安全。基于弹塑性力学、材料力学等计算理论,建立大跨铁路桥梁缓冲限位耗能装置的简易设计方法,并运用MATLAB软件开发相应的设计软件。以郑万高铁某大跨中承式拱桥为工程背景,开展该桥限位耗能装置的关键设计参数研究,并利用ANSYS建立装置实体有限元模型,分析其力学性能及滞回耗能曲线。研究结果表明:建立的缓冲限位耗能装置简化设计方法正确,设计过程简便;设计的装置能够较好地控制列车牵引制动力引起的梁端位移,满足高速铁路对行车安全的要求。

Study on Displacement Restriction and Shock Mitigating Device for Long Span Half-through Railway Arch Bridge

Abstract:To study the displacement restricting and shock mitigation device suitable for long-span half-through railway arch bridge and guarantee the safety of high-speed trains, a simplified design method for the device is proposed based on the theories of elastic-plastic mechanics and material mechanics and so on. Meanwhile, relevant design software is developed by means of MATLAB software. Taking a typical half-through arch bridge on Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high speed railway as the engineering background, this paper conducts researches on the key design parameters of displacement restricting and shock mitigation device of the bridge. Furthermore, this paper uses ANSYS software to establish a solid finite element model of the device and analyzes its mechanical properties and hysteretic energy consumption curve. The results show that the simplified design method proposed in this paper is correct and the design process is simple and practical; the displacement restricting and shock mitigation device can better control the end displacement of the beam caused by the traction force of the train to meet the requirements of high-speed railway for driving comfort and safety.
