精确制导武器威胁下的深水大跨度桥梁战时保障对策研究

在未来信息化条件下局部战争中,结构大型化、复杂化的深水大跨度桥梁面临着精确制导武器的直接威胁,使得传统以抢修抢建为主的被动保障理念难以满足信息化战争中桥梁保障的需要,由此提出了精确制导武器威胁下的桥梁保障基本思路,并通过比较分析精确制导武器的特点及其弱点和桥梁自身的特点,提出了以防护伪装为主的主动保障理念,以及提升桥梁战场生存能力的建议与对策。

A Study of the Countermeasures for Long-span Bridges Menaced by Precision Guided Weapons in Wartime

Large and complicated long-span bridges will first be menaced by precision guided weapons in the future local infor- mation war, which makes it impossible for the traditional passive support belief to meet the needs of bridge support, for it gave priority only to rush-repair and rush-construction, in which case this paper puts forward a new thinking way for bridge sup- port, which may help these bridges survive that are under the threat of precision guided weapons. Upon the basis of comparing and analyzing the characteristics and weaknesses of precision guided weapons and the characteristic of bridges, a new active support belief is put forward in the paper, which gives priority to the protection and camouflage, with useful advice and coun- termeasures for upgrading the viability of large bridges in wartime suggested.
