铁路生产力布局调整之后,兰州铁路局在新体制、新布局下,围绕铁路跨越式发展战略,突破传统思维模式和管理理念,积极探索专业化管理的新途径及维修新体制。电务系统实施扁平化管理,以生产指挥、微机监测、视频监控三大系统为基础,零距离控制现场;全面整合检修资源,初步实现“作业流程化、检修专业化、管理现代化”。牵引供电系统探索创新符合行车设备检修需要及发展方向的维修体制,形成科学、系统、规范的设备维修体制,不断提高设备检修的质量与效率。

Lanzhou Railway Administration Explores New Ways of Professional Management

Since the adjustment of railway productivity layout, Lanzhou Railway Administration proactively explores new ways of professional management and new system for maintenance. Based on producing conduction, computer and video monitoring systems, the system of communication and signal carries out "flat" management, controlling field with 0-distance; comprehensively integrates resources of inspection and repair, and initially realizes "operation in fixed process, professional inspection and repair, modern management". Power supply system of electric traction innovates the maintenance system to meet requirements and development direction of inspection and repair for train running equipment, and continuously improves the quality and efficiency of equipment inspection and repair.
