| 摘 要： | 介绍了施工投标中,影响中标率的主要因素和提高中标率应重点做好的几项工作。公路工程施工的现场管理是施工管理的核心,现场管理效果的好坏直接影响工程的质量、进度和效益。加强现场管理就是要在一定的时间和空间内有组织、有计划、有秩序地施工,以实现公路建设项目快速、优质、低耗。
