高职院校学生组织文化建设的几点思考

学生组织是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要载体，学生组织对于大学生能力的提高起着极为重要的作用。在目前阶段，部分学生组织仅仅从制度上对学生进行约束，过多的强调“法治”。本文首先通过问卷调查对高职院校学生组织建设现状做出调查分析，然后提出组织文化建设在学生组织建设中的影响力，最后结合管理学针对调查结果提出7个组织文化建设的建议。

On Cultural Construction in Higher Vocational College Students Organization

Students organization, which is a carrier of self-education, self-management and self-service of college students, plays an important role in improving college students＇ ability. At present, when it comes to this issue of controlling the members of student organizations, institutional management is emphasized. In this paper, the current situation of student organization is synthetically provided by analyzing the results of questionnaires, then points out that cultural construction is useful for the construction of student organization. Finally, 7 proposals about cultural construction of students＇ organization were proposed according to the principles of management.
