| Abstract: | Based on the mass work practices of Labor Union of Hechi Highway Administration Bureau during social transformation times,this article analyzed the existing problems in the mass work of highway Labor Union in such new era, proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the mass work of highway Labor Union, aiming to build the service-oriented, rule-based, and dynamic Labor Unions so as to actively serve the masses and workers. |
