预制桩抗压承载力试验研究

摘    要:通过国电民权电厂一期工程现场试验研究,对比高应变和静载试验的结果,对预制桩的成桩质量和竖向抗压承载力的评价方法进行了研究。试验结果表明,在预制桩的锤击施工过程中,可通过高应变法监测施工中的锤击力、锤击能量、桩身完整性,为打桩工艺参数及桩长选择提供依据,并可将打桩监测得到的承载力乘以时间效应系数来估算预制桩的极限承载力,辅以少量施工后的高应变检测来评价预制桩的成桩质量及承载力。

Experimental Study on Compressive Bearing Capacity of Precast Pile

Abstract:Through site experimental study on the first-stage construction of State Grid Minquan Power Plant,the results of high strain test and static load test are compared and the evaluation method of pile quality and vertical bearing capacity is studied.It is shown that during hammering construction of precast pile,hamming force,hamming energy and pile integrity may be monitored through high strain method to provide basis for piling process parameters and pile length.The ultimate bearing capacity of precast pile can be estimated by multiplying bearing capacity obtained from piling monitoring and time effect coefficient.Thus piling quality and bearing capacity can be evaluated combined with high strain testing after construction.
