摘    要:在安徽(世行项目)省道S303改造工程中,通过对老路路况的调查与评价,确定以水泥为再生剂对老路进行现场冷再生;并使用重型击实法进行了配合比设计,各项指标满足要求;现场采用维特根WR2500S再生机进行再生作业并作为基层加以应用,养生结束后进行检测,再生基层强度明显提高,各项指标满足要求。

Abstract:This paper introduced the application of cold in-place recycling technology in base course which took cement as recycling agent in Anhui-Word Bank provincial road S303,preliminary understood the status of original road by old road survey,determined the structure of recycled base course and the recycled method;Static pressure method was used in proportioning design,WR2500S was used in base construction.
