基于ISaGRAF的船舶空压机实时监控系统

摘    要:空气压缩机作为气动控制系统的气源设备,其在运行过程中的稳定程度和可靠性直接影响到船舶的安全,因此必须对空压机的运行进行全面的监控。文章通过分析ISaGRAF控制软件的体系结构和运行机制,提出了船舶空压机实时监控系统的软PLC实现方法,介绍了该系统的结构、主要功能特点及软件设计等。

Abstract:As the air source for the pneumatic control system, the stability and reliability of the air-compresser in its moving influence the shipg safety directly. So the moving air-compresser must be monitored all-round. In this paper, the moving system structure for ISaGRAF controlling software is analyzed, the realizing method of soft PLC on real-time monitoring system for marine air-compresser is put forward with its systematic structure, main function and software design.
