离心泵自吸高度定量估算等问题的探讨

摘    要:对离心泵自吸能力、对有限多叶片离心泵叶轮理论压头以及对往复泵空气室贮蓄容积提出新的计算方法。指出离心泵启动时如吸入管和泵壳中充满空气,其自吸能力极小,最大吸上高度不超过0.0126m,故离心泵启动前在其吸入管和泵壳中灌满水(设水温为20℃),其最大理论吸高(*吸入管段中的流阻损失未计)可达9.76m。对用于计算有限多叶片离心泵叶轮理论压头的普费列德尔经济公式作了简化,获得简化公式。通过多便实泵计算

Exploration about Evaluation of Draw Water Height of Centrifugal Pump and Other Problems

Abstract:This paper gives the calculation methods about the draw water height and the theoretical head of the centrifugal pump and about the storage volume of the air chamber of the reciprocating pump.It shows the draw water height of the centrifugal pump is only 0.0129m when it is not to be primed by the water,the pfleideret formula which we usually use to calculate the theoretical head of the impelled of the centrifugal pump may be simplified, and the storage volume of the air chamber of the reciprocation pump may be calculated by a more simple method.
