摩托车车架弯管技术探讨

摘    要:摩托车车架弯管件在弯曲过程中,会出现椭圆变形、壁厚变薄和回弹等现象。基于对上述现象产生原理的分析和相应的试验,提出一些切合实际的解决方法:弯管件设计时,尽量增大弯管件的弯曲半径,这样有助于减小椭圆变形率、壁厚变薄率;在生产时选用合适的芯棒,可以有效减小椭圆变形;按公式计算弯曲模的半径;按公式或20/120方法计算角度回弹值来修正弯管机的加工程序。

Abstract:Frame tubes for motorcycle often see elliptical deformation,wall thinning and resilience during bending.Based on the analysis and tests made for the above phenomena,some approaches to them are found,they are,when designing the bend,amplify the bending radius as far as possible,which is conductive to reducing the elliptical deformation rate and wall thinning rate; select a proper mandrel,thus effectively reducing elliptical deformation;calculate the radius of the curved die according to the formula;calculate the angle resilience value according to the formula or the 20/120 method to modify the processing procedure of the tube bender.
