大跨径悬索桥主缆缠丝机集成控制系统研究

摘    要:着重论述了用于大跨径悬索桥的主缆缠丝机的整机电气控制系统与缠丝控制系统程序的主要功能及设计原理,同时探讨了变频控制器的参数设置和整机安装、调试及运行。实践表明:采用电脑集成控制系统的缠丝机整机性能达到了国内领先、国际先进的水平。

Abstract:The main function and design theory of machine electrical control system and winding control system used in winding machine for main cable of large span suspension cable bridge are expounded, then the parameters setting of inverter controller and machine installing, debugging and running are discussed. Practice shows that the performance of winding machine using computer integrated control system has reached the leading domestic and international advanced level.
