摘    要:由于船台限制,17万吨浮船坞无法在船台整体合拢。经过技术论证,采取将坞体分为前后两段分别建造,将浮箱甲板以下端部密封后下水,再在水上进行浮态对接;利用对接工装将坞体对接缝处的局部区域与水隔离,再进行焊接。此工艺操作难度较大,特别是前后段坞体对中调整。针对对中难度大的问题,研发快速定位工装,并编制详细的合拢过程控制操作程序,确保水上对接合拢的顺利进行。同时为其它大型船坞或船舶两段建造、水上合拢积累经验,为其它船舶修理改装、水上定位作业施工提供一定的借鉴和指导作用。

Abstract:Due to the limitation of the shipway, 170000t floating dock can not be whole connected on the shipway. After technical argumentation, the dock body was divided into two sections, namely, the front and back sections. The structure below the end of the pontoon deck was sealed, then the dock launched from the shipway and docked on the water. Before welding, docking tools was used to isolate the local area of the dock from the water. This process is difficult, especially the alignment of the front and back sections of the dock body. In view of the difficult problems in the alignment, the rapid positioning fixture was developed and the detailed connection process control procedures were compiled to ensure the smooth erection on floating condition. At the same time, it can accumulate experience for the two-section-erection of other large docks or ships. It can provide some reference and guidance for other ship repair, modification and water positioning operation.
