收集哈尔滨铁路局各工务段及部分外局路基基床病害的整治实例,建立数据库和知识库,总结一般规律,归纳出影响路基基床病害的各种因素,根据路基基床病害的分级原则,作为评估依据。比较确定被评估对象的层次,从而为提出整治方法和原则提供定量的数据。显然,数据库里的实例越多,层次越细,该结果就越贴近现场实际。

Expert System Model for Appraisement of Railway Subgrade Bed Diseases

This article collects examples of maintenance of subgrade bed diseases from permanent-way districts under the Harbin Railway Administration and some other Railway Administrations, establishes the database and knowledge base, summarizes general laws and regulations, sums up factors of influence on subgrade bed diseases, and sets up the basis for appraising subgrade bed diseases according to the grading principle. Through comparison among grades of such diseases, quantitative data are concluded for the purpose of working out the maintenance principle and method. Obviously, the more the examples and the more detailed the grading in the database, the more the results come close to the site conditions.
